Greetings Reader, Are you sensing a shift in your life? Astrologically speaking, this energy will linger until October. In the meantime, the full moon arrives on May 12. It’s the perfect time to let go of old layers and elevate yourself to new heights. Lately, I’ve been reflecting deeply on who I once was and who I’ve become. I was this girl who… Wanted to hide in the corner of the room. Who didn’t like the sound of her voice. Who took it personally when people did not want to repeat themselves because I didn’t hear them due to my hearing loss I isolated myself, listened to empowering music, watched emotional and inspiring films, or traveled to a place with a beautiful beach where I can reset and recharge. I find joy and clarity in storytelling—telling my truth, no matter how much my voice cracks. I’ve learned to embrace vulnerability, to shout my story from the rooftops, and to be proud of everything I’ve overcome. When life feels overwhelming, I chose to surround myself with a community of women who inspire me and embody where I want to be. I chose to pick up the camera again, but this time, I stepped in front of it instead of staying behind. I chose to embrace change, even when it meant difficult decisions like divorce, becoming a caregiver, and a second PCOS diagnosis. I am a survivor on multiple realms. I have a story to tell. I am a worldwide traveler who networks wherever I go. I chose to rise again, not just as a survivor but as a phoenix, stronger than ever before. And now I am sought out by those in the disabled community, by women looking to find their voice, and by anyone ready to confidently share their story online. I am a TEDx speaker who has inspired audiences on countless virtual and in-person stages. I am your brand therapist, empowering you to uncover your truth and confidently tell your story. I help you discover the confidence that comes from knowing who you are and celebrating everything you’ve overcome. Are you ready for it?

P.S. I am speaking at WITS Chattanooga About Accessible by Design How All Creators Can Build Inclusive, Empathetic Travel Content in the main stage on May 30th! Travel has the power to transform how we see ourselves and connect with others—but not all creators or audiences experience the world the same way. I will share what’s too often overlooked in travel media and the simple, practical shifts that make videos, photos, storytelling, and platforms more accessible to disabled, neurodivergent, and visually impaired audiences, broadening content’s reach and impact. I used to live in Chattanooga and my dad is from a small town an hour away! You will want to stay for the networking, hands-on workshops, and community-led conversations!
